Machine Features:
The Cutmaster adopts a T-style bed structure and gantry (crossbeam) motion design. The main body is welded using industrial-grade welding technology, followed by stress-relief quenching treatment, and then precision-machined on a high-accuracy gantry milling machine in a single setup. All assembly components are manufactured in one operation using a 5-axis machining center, ensuring excellent machine rigidity and geometric accuracy.
X and Y axes use high-precision imported rack and pinion drives, while the Z axis uses a high-precision imported grinding-grade ball screw.The spindle features high precision, high speed, constant torque, low runout (low beating/vibration), strong stability, and long service life.Compatible with G-code and PLT-code formats generated by various CAD/CAM software, including Type3, Mastercam, Casmate, ArtCAM, AutoCAD, UG (NX), CorelDraw, and others.
Applications:
Suitable for carving and milling of wood, acrylic, aluminum, copper, aluminum composite panels (ACP), plastics, and carbon fiber composite materials.Widely used in soft metal and sheet material processing fields.
